​​​Trials are recommended but not mandatory. Consultations are important as it gives you a good indication of how you will look on your wedding day and gives us the opportunity to get to know you and your expectations. Trials take place at my home studio in Newport, NP10. Full address will be given upon booking.  However I am willing to travel to you at an extra cost if this is not convenient.

Have photos with you of any ideas you have but remember to be realistic with your choices as everyone is unique. 


*Your trial will usually last approximately 2 hours depending on requirements. 

*Your hair should clean and dry, in it's natural state, preferably washed the evening before.

*If you are wearing a veil, tiara, or any other hair accessories, please have them with you. 

*Face should be clean and free of any makeup

* Bring your own Mascara! I know this might sound ridiculous given I am a makeup artist - but for health & safety reasons I will never use the actual mascara wand on any of my clients. I use disposables, but they do not give the same effect, so because of this, please bring your own Mascara. 

​*To get the best out of your makeup, please exfoliate the night before and moisturise.

*Have pictures with you of any hair & makeup ideas. This gives us a clear idea of what you want to achieve

*Ask questions! We are always happy to advise and will go above and beyond to help you and make your experience with us a relaxing and enjoyable one! 

If you choose not to have a trial for whatever reason, we can have your  consultation via zoom where we can meet, chat about your ideas, suggestions, your wedding, timings and everything else in between!
